cirmson rivers is a macabre detective story in the manner of seven and other chillers . the ingredients are as fllows: a gruesome series of murders: a sadistic killer who deliberately leave a trail of clues: and gruesome revelations . one element sets crimson rivers apart from its predecessors: the action takes place around an elite college in the french alps, not in amurky urban setting.
